Hourly Rehearsal Rooms

Premium Room

​Our 275 sq. ft. Premium Room is suitable for larger groups and is well equipped with:

  • Peavey JSX guitar amp with Peavey 212 cab;

  • Vox AC302 Guitar Amp;

  • ​Traynor YBA200 bass amp with TC1510 cab;

  • PDP Concept Maple kit with Sabian XSR cymbals (14" hats, 16" fast crash, 20" ride); 

  • Fender Telecaster guitar (MIM);

  • Westcreek Racer Bumble-B guitar;

  • Squier Class Vibe '60s Jazz Bass;

  • Roland RD-08 stage piano;

  • Roland Juno-D6;

  • Mackie ONYX12 mixers with multi-channel recording capabilities (via USB);

  • 3 SM58 microphones and stands;

  • QSC CP8 speakers; and

  • Cables for each microphone and a cable for each amp

 

Prices start at $25/hour (HST included) for daytime use on weekdays and $34/hour (HST included) for evening and weekend use. Evening/weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 hours and reduced rates are applied to bookings of more than 2 hours.

​Our 240 sq. ft. Standard Room is sized right for the average band and comes equipped with:

  • Blackstar ID:60 Combo Guitar Amp;

  • Orange Crush Pro 60C Combo Guitar Amp;

  • Orange Crush Bass 100BXT Combo Bass Amp; 

  • Ludwig Element 5 pc drum kit with Sabian XSR cymbals (14" hats, 16" fast crash, 20" ride);

  • Roland FP-10 digital piano;

  • Mackie ONYX12 mixers with multi-channel recording capabilities (via USB);

  • 3 SM58 microphones and stands;

  • QSC CP8 speakers; and

  • Cables for each microphone and a cable for each amp

 

Prices start at $20/hour (HST included) for daytime use on weekdays and $28/hour (HST included) for evening and weekend use. Evening/weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 hours and reduced rates are applied to bookings of more than 2 hours.

Standard Room

Drum/Solo Room

The Drum/Solo Rehearsal Room is equipped with two full drum kits, a USB/Bluetooth Equipped 8 channel mixer with 1 microphone, a DI box and a Yorkville Elite Excursion 1000 Speaker system to allow for playback. (NOTE: No other sound/audio equipment or amps provided).

Prices start at $10 for the first half an hour (HST included) with every extra half hour charged at $5 (HST included).

Good to Know

Additional gear (instruments, microphones, etc.) may be rentable upon request with advance notice.

 

Please Note: Drumsticks are not provided in any of our rooms.
