Our 275 sq. ft. Premium Music Rehearsal Room is suitable for larger groups and is well equipped with:

Renting the Premium Music Rehearsal Room costs $25/hour (HST included) for daytime use on weekdays before 5PM and $34/hour (HST included) for evening and weekend use. Evening/weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 hours and reduced rates are applied to bookings of more than 2 hours.
Our 240 sq. ft. Standard Music Rehearsal Room is sized right for the average band and comes equipped with:

Standard Room
Drum/Solo Room
The Drum/Solo Rehearsal Room is equipped with a Yamaha YD Series drum kit and a Pearl Export Series drum kit, a USB/Bluetooth Equipped 8 channel mixer and a Yorkville NX55P speaker to allow for playback. (NOTE: No other sound/audio equipment or amps provided).
Renting the Drum/Solo Music Rehearsal Room costs $10 for the first half hour (HST included) with every extra half hour charged at $5 (HST included).
Play, create or get some work done in a flexible 200 sq. ft. private room.

Play: Practise piano or keyboard on a Roland JUNO-D8 with 88 weighted keys.

Create: Write and produce music, prepare a DJ set, record a podcast or create video content.

Work: Connect a laptop to the monitor, webcam and docking station for focused work or online meetings.

Designed to be accessible at a rate of $20/hour (HST included) for evening/weekend rentals and $18/hour (HST included) for daytime rentals (additional hours at discounted rates).
The room also includes a private bathroom, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker.
